Absolutley Beautiful

★★★★★
Absolutely beautiful property from head to toe. Flawlessly maintained and managed with an all too convenient location just minutes from downtown. Cozy, yet sleeps plenty! Can’t wait to stay there again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Truly a gem! Fabulous Space...

★★★★★
The property is well-maintained. We stayed in the B unit which was quite roomy, exuded warmth, and smartly decorated. The hardwood floors and beautiful wood paneled ceilings, many windows, fresh paint and large rooms made our stay very comfortable. The whole place had such a nice feel that it was a pleasure to wake in the morning and start the day. If you enjoy space with new furniture, appliances, plumbing, and flat screen televisions, then this is the place! We love the location, as downtown is walking distance! My husband and I cannot wait to return to Austin and we will definitely try to reserve this apartment.

Best Time Ever in Austin!

★★★★★
Over memorial day weekend a group of friends and I stayed at this location and had one of the best times I have ever had! This location was perfect! I stay in Austin quite often in hotels usually but after this weekend, I only want to stay in this location in the future. I Loved being apart of a classic Austin neighborhood while remaining extremely close to the heart of downtown. My friends and I were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, including the main parts of 6th, which saved us a ton on taxis and parking which was nice. Not only was the Location amazing, but the apartment itself was gorgeous. Beautiful on the outside and in. Extremely clean, well-maintained and whoever did the decorating did a great job (loved the Victorian style bathtub and shower). It also had a very homey feel. There were 3 queen sized beds available and each one was more comfortable than the one I have at home! The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of appliances and utensils so we were able to walk to whole foods a block down and make breakfast and coffee in the apartment which was another great expense saver. \r\nWhen we arrived the owner left us a kind, hand written note with a bottle of wine and pamphlets about the local attractions and features in the apartment. It was cool because while we were all getting ready half of us could watch funny youtube clips on the big flat screen. I have stayed at other homeaways in the past all over the world and I have never had this good of an experience before. I kind of wish I lived there haha. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Austin and I will most definitely be staying there again.
